Remove your details
Mailsumo's finder holds business email addresses gathered from public web pages. If one of them is yours and you'd rather we didn't have it, this page removes it. You don't need an account, and we don't charge for it.
We email you a link first. That isn't a hurdle for its own sake: without it, anyone could delete anyone else's record just by typing their address, and we'd have no way to tell the difference.
What we hold
This removes the address from our finder index, the record of which sources reported it, and any verification result we cached. We also keep a one-way fingerprint of the address so that a later crawl can recognise it and leave it out; that fingerprint can't be turned back into your address, and it exists only so the deletion sticks.
What this page doesn't cover
Mailsumo customers can collect addresses themselves with our extensions and keep them in their own account. We store that for them, but it's their record and they decide what happens to it, so we can't delete it on your say-so any more than a landlord can empty a tenant's filing cabinet. If a specific company holds your details, ask them directly. For anything else, or if this page doesn't work for you, write to [email protected] and a person will deal with it.
Our privacy policy explains what we collect and why.
