How does Email Finder work?
Give it a company domain, a name and a company, or a LinkedIn profile. It works out the address that person uses, checks the address is deliverable, and gives it to you with a confidence score.
What is a credit?
One credit is one address found. A credit is spent only when we actually find something: searches that come back empty are free. Credits reset at the start of each billing period and don't roll over.
Do I need an account?
Yes. Lookups run against your Mailsumo account so your credits and results follow you between devices. Signing up is free and comes with 25 lookups a month so you can try it before paying.
How accurate is it?
Every address is checked for deliverability before you see it, and each result carries a confidence score. A few domains accept mail for any address, so the individual mailbox can't be confirmed there. Those still show as deliverable, with a small note so you know a bounce is a touch more likely.
Does it work outside LinkedIn?
Yes. The LinkedIn button is the fastest route, but the popup searches by company domain or by name and company, so you can use it from anywhere.
How do I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel?
Premium is self-serve. Open Billing in your Mailsumo dashboard to change or cancel your plan; everything is handled securely through Stripe's customer portal.
