Questions about billing
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. Every extension installs and works for free, with no account and no credit card. You only pay when you want the premium conveniences: AutoSave and automation in Extractor, more lookups in Finder, click tracking and follow-ups in Tracker. Open tracking itself is unlimited on the free plan.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly?
Same features either way. Monthly bills every month and you can cancel whenever you like. Yearly bills once for the year at a lower effective monthly rate, and the toggle above shows both. Most people who use a tool daily pick yearly.
Can I buy just one tool, or do I need the Suite?
Buy exactly what you need. Each tool is sold on its own, and the Mailsumo Suite simply bundles all three under one login and one invoice at a lower combined price than buying them separately. The Email Verifier is a separate add-on that sits on top of any of them.
How do Finder and Verifier credits work?
You pick the monthly volume you need at checkout, and the price follows it: more credits cost less each. Allowances reset every billing period and don't roll over. Finder never charges a credit for a result it can't find with confidence.
How do I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel?
Everything is self-serve. Open Billing in your Mailsumo dashboard to change cadence, switch plans or cancel. It's all handled through Stripe's secure customer portal, so changes take effect immediately.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your saved emails, lists and history stay in your account. New captures, exports and premium features pause while your subscription is inactive, and everything picks back up the moment you resubscribe.
Which currencies and payment methods do you accept?
We show prices in US dollars or euros based on where you are, and take all major cards through Stripe. The price you see is the price you pay, with no setup fees and no surprises on the invoice.
